Question: How durable are your Monuments? How long will they last?

Our Monuments are made from a special hard plastic blend called Polyethylene. This is the same material that is used for children's playground equipment. Your Monument will last for generations.

Question: How will our Monument be shipped to us? How long will it take to get after we place an order? How much does shipping typically cost?

We ship standard UPS ground, which can take anywhere from 3-5 days depending upon where you are located. A monument ordered without a custom plaque can be shipped on the day you place the order. Monuments with custom plaques are dependant upon the type of plaque you order, but can often be shipped in as little as two weeks. Shipping costs vary, but because the monuments are hollow costs are much less than a stone monument.

Question: Can I order a Monument from you and choose to have a Plaque made locally?

Yes, we can Custom Design a Plaque, or you can choose to order just the Monument from us.

Question: You have two sizes of monuments, which should I order?

Choose the size that is right for you. Our smaller Memory Monument is ideal for indoor use and accomodates a 4 x 6 photo of your pet. Our larger Commemorative Monument is ideal for use outdoors.

Question: I am having my pet cremated. Can I use your Monument as an Urn?

Yes, our monuments have a fill hole in the bottom of them for filling with sand, gravel, or to use as an Urn.
